A heart felt condolence meeting, organized by Indian Crescent Society of Australia (ICSOA), held at Sydney's Parramatta Town Hall, in order to pay homage to the Muslims gathered for FRIDAY PRAYERS, who lost their lives due to a heinous crime by a hate filled white supremacist terrorist on 15th March, 2019, targeting two mosques in the New Zealand city of Christchurch. Held in pouring rain outside the town hall on 17th March'19, the gathering braved the weather and was well attended by representatives of Indian Consulate and members of state and federal parliaments representing different political parties as well as local government council members. People from various community organizations as well as individuals representing themselves and different faiths stood united with a message of 'condemnation of terrorist activities and peace and solidarity with humanity'. The whole outdoors programme has been captured in following sections: 1. Major proceedings of the morning included heart felt condolence messages and appeal for peace (Part 1- THIS ONE). 2. Messages of peace, condemnation of terrorist acts, declaration from ICSOA, chant of peaceful prayers with a minute of silence, poetry and final message of unity of humanity for peace.
