An outdoors, on the spot, informative roving report upon Indian Judiciary System. Iqtedar Abdi talks with Mr. Mufti Anwar Haider, Advocate, who has practiced law for well over 40 years and has been associated with high courts of Delhi, Lucknow, Allahabad and nearby districts. Starting with a historical perspective of the Judiciary System, a review of current Judicial System and its association with Indian Constitution is explained. This is followed by the description of difficulties faced by the people who have to attend theses courts and their related time taking procedures, including cases that last for generations. In the final part of the talk Anwar Bhai describes how modern tribunals and efforts of retired Supreme Court Judges and professionals associated with Judicial System are attempting to improve the situation so that the people of India receive quick resolutions of their cases.
